Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason should you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it to us within this timeframe in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached. Once we have checked it over we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the returned item. This offer in non-transferable. Please contact us at via the options below before returning goods to obtain a relevant returns reference to avoid any delay in dealing with your returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

Their flat-bar variant takes every element of the country-crossing legend and matches it with a more upright position, perfect for those needing the ultimate comfort.

As the entry-level model, affordability is at the forefront of their considerations, without cutting corners that would've been detrimental to the ride or long-term ownership. This meant choosing rugged, reliable kit that will last the high mileage for which we intend the bike to be used.

Most of what makes it so good for touring is also 100% applicable to commuting. Everyday practicalities like large volume, puncture resistant Schwalbe Marathon tyres, tough 36H wheelset, powerful, controlled disc brakes, Tubus Cargo rear rack and custom length and extra-long Chromoplastic mudguards.
