Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates

Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

We operate a simple 30 days returns policy that applies to all products sold and delivered direct to you the customer. This means that for any reason should you decide that you no longer want the product then you may return it to us within this timeframe in it's original packaging, un-used with the relevant tags attached. Once we have checked it over we will refund your money within 30 days or replace your product (subject to stock availability). A copy of the original sales receipt must be included with the returned item. This offer in non-transferable. Please contact us at via the options below before returning goods to obtain a relevant returns reference to avoid any delay in dealing with your returns.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If for any reason the product you ordered is incorrect or damaged then naturally we would be happy to replace the product or refund your money. Please notify us via email or phone of any damages / incorrect products within 7 days of your delivery. Proof of damage will be required.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

Should you need to return any products to us then you will be responsible for the cost of the postage. A returns form can be completed and submitted to us above. On receiving the products we will carry out an inspection and should we find that it was in anyway our fault or the product was faulty then we will happily refund you the cost of the postage. Naturally should we believe it not to be our fault then we may choose not to refund any postage and may choose to claim costs of packaging for returning the products to yourself.

Race face's new direct mount single ring. Designed and machined in their vancouver, bc facility, tested on the north shore and in the whistler bike park.

Sram direct mount rings fit SRAM gxp cranks with the removable spider. Replaces your existing chainring and spider which is attached via 3 bolts on the back of the spider. Remove spider and simply use these same 3 bolts to re-attach the race face dm ring.

Race face direct mount rings deliver substantial weight saving compared to a standard SRAM chainring and spider combo. And with added benefit of narrow/wide tooth configuration.

Compatible with SRAM x9, x0, xx1 and truvativ aka cranks. Also compatible with some oe cranks, including the SRAM s1400, s2200 and s2210. Gxp models only. Newer s1400 (or x7) cranksets will also work with rf dm rings.

  • Narrow wide tooth profiling ensures ultimate chain retention.
  • Attaches as part of the rf cinch system (using common park bbt-22 bottom bracket tool) - allowing to switch between dm rings/spiders with ease.
  • Utilizes rf proprietary spline design.
  • 7075-t6 aluminum, aerospace grade strength.
  • Stiff 4mm plate thickness to transfer loads without flexing.
  • Compatible for 9, 10, 11 and 12 speed*.
